Important Update for Customs & Tariff Changes

U.S. Customs & Tariff Changes

Effective August 27, 2025, all shipments from India to the U.S. will be subject to an additional IEEPA duty of 25%, making the total IEEPA duty 50% (25% + 25%) plus the standard U.S. import duty rate.

De Minimis Update

Effective August 29, 2025, De Minimis treatment will no longer apply. This means all shipments will be subject to applicable duties under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) and will require Informal/Formal entry processing.
