What is the delivery time-frame? 

• Due to high orders processing time for most products will be 3-5 working days.
• Made-to-order products dispatched within 14 business days

Is there a cost for delivery?

• FREE delivery on all domestic prepaid orders*
  **Not Applicable on FRP Parts ( Batwing Fairing, Panniers etc)
• We have disabled cash on delivery

How to track my order?

• You can track your order from the delivery partner’s portal
• Note: While we want to help you at every step of the way, in the slightest chance of a delay from the postal company’s end, Bykology will not be held responsible. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and we will arrange for alternate delivery.

International Shipping

• Our delivery partner is DHL. 
• Shipping costs are calculated based on volume of the order and differs product to product. The shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duty. 
• Returns are not applicable on International orders
