- While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to offer either a restocking wait period or a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
A. Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer free shipping across India, except for the following products:
- ○ Batwing Fairings
- ○ Ranger Fairings
- ○ Motorcycle Panniers
- ○ Headlight Cowls
- Express delivery is available upon request and is chargeable.
B. International Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs do not include import duties and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
3. International Shipping Policy
3.1. Shipping Options and Rates
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
- Estimated shipping costs and options are available at checkout.
3.2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon payment confirmation.
- FRP parts (Batwing Fairings, Panniers, Ranger Fairings, Headlight Cowls) require 15-20 business days for processing.
3.3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Express Shipping via DHL Express delivers within 3-5 business days.
- Transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other factors.

4.1. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs department.
- These charges are the recipient’s sole responsibility.
- The recipient must provide valid purchase documents to customs authorities.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional clearance costs.
- If the recipient fails to pay customs duties, the shipment may be abandoned without refund.

4.2. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following countries:
- Mexico (Due to high customs duties and import restrictions)
- Russia, Ukraine, and Israel (Due to geopolitical instability and logistical challenges)

4.4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

4.5. Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)
Returns and exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:
- If the wrong product was delivered.
- If the product arrived in a damaged condition.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not fit properly.
- Replacement products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days upon verification.
- No return shipping costs will be charged to the customer in these cases.

5. Returns
5.1. Return Due to Change of Mind
- Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
- Store credit will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5.2. Warranty Returns
- Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product.
- Customers must pre-pay for return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful claim processing
- Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days, and customers may choose:
- ○ Refund to original payment method.
- ○ Store credit refund.
- ○ Replacement (subject to availability).
6. Delivery Terms
a. Domestic Transit Time
- 4-9 business days.
B. International Transit Time
- 3-7 business days (Excluding customs clearance delays).
C. Dispatch Time
- Standard Products: 2-4 business days.
- FRP Parts (Fairings, Cowls, Panniers): 15-20 business days.
D. Address Changes
- Delivery addresses can be updated before order dispatch.
E. Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued, and the remaining order will be dispatched.
F. Delayed Deliveries
- If a shipment exceeds estimated delivery times, contact us for assistance.
7. Tracking Notifications
- Domestic Orders: Shipped via Blue Dart with tracking.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express with tracking.
8. Damaged Parcels
- If a package is damaged in transit, the customer should:

9. Duties & Taxes
